Perks: Night shift differential pay + daily overtime for hours worked beyond 8 hours (California OT)!Location: Catawba County, NCMultiple Positions AvailablePosition SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations on the night shift. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing facility and production equipment to keep operations running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLCs, drive systems, and automation controls, as well as the flexibility to perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks as directed by leadership.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair issues with PLCs, AC/DC drives, VFDs, and motor/drive controls.
• Support troubleshooting efforts to quickly identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with predictive and productive maintenance practices.
• Assist with facility upkeep and additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments working with PLCs/HMIs/VFDs and automated systems. Allen Bradley
• Knowledge of AC/DC drive systems and motor control technology.
• Electrical 24V-480V
• Single – 3 phase motors
• Automation experience
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5, and other legacy systems.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PowerFlex and Kinetix drive products.
• State electrical license or electrical certification strongly .
• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in HVAC/Refrigeration are a plus.
