If so, the Maintenance Technician at Level 10 Property Management is the job for you!

Location: Chaska/West Metro, Minnesota

Pay: $25 - $37 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 30 minute unpaid lunch, monthly rotating weekends

In this position, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services in our apartment communities to include installation of appliances, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs and maintenance of equipment. You will use your own vehicle to drive to a limited number of properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who can work independently and as part of a team.
