Maintenance Technician needed to join a team of three, at a 391 unit community in Southwest Washington, DC. The Technician will be responsible for work tickets and preventive maintenance. Must be able to handle basic electrical, plumbing, convector and general maintenance repairs.

Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; three years maintenance experience; proficient with K-50 drain cleaner machine, ability to communicate effectively. Able to be on-call for rotating after-hour maintenance calls.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must be dependable.

Physical requirements: include stooping, standing, walking. Climbing stairs/ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
