Position Summary:

Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, turning vacant apartments, and controlling expenses for vacant units and maintenance supply orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Turning vacant units including painting and maintenance.
• Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.
• Inspecting grounds daily.

Prerequisites:

• Submit to background check and drug screening.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent .
• Valid Drivers License
