Shaker Point Apartments seeks full-time Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general maintenance

• HVAC
• electrical and plumbing
• Appliance repair - dishwasher, refrigerator, washers and dryers, ovens etc.
• General carpentry 
• Minor roof repair 
• Gutter repair
• Snow/Ice removal 
• Concrete repair

Responsibilities:

• Manage vacant apartments during the turn process with property manager
• Complete apartment service requests correctly and promptly
• Spotting deficiencies and being proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to
• Communicate with coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision.
   

Must provide your own basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance. Must be able bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs & ladder, to reach, lift, pull, push and lift or carry weight up to 75 pounds. Must have reliable transportation.

The community has 276 units with a clubhouse and many amenities. We are located in Harrison, OH just off I-74.

Salary is based on experience. Emergency on-call hours are on a rotation basis.
