Job Details

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to ensuring smooth operations across production.

Please note, we are looking for 2nd and 3rd shift technicians:

• 2nd shift 3pm – 1:30am
• 3rd shift 7:30pm – 6am

You will earn an hourly differential for working either shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical and equipment issues to quickly diagnose and resolve problems
• Repair and replace faulty components and parts
• Maintain and repair electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience working with 480v, VFDs, and servos
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, automation, and controls strongly
• Solid background in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Understanding of electric drive systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automation machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree
