Job Description
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team responsible for repairing, maintaining, and improving system components within our facility. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, including basic electrical controls and circuit analysis.
- Use a multi-meter to troubleshoot and read schematics and symbols.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and rare mechanical rigging.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules closely to prevent major breakdowns.
- Implement countermeasure maintenance and conduct root cause analysis of systematic issues.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 3 phase motors and controls.
- Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of robotic and PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting of 480v systems.
- Familiarity with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
