Wage: $23 – $27/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Twin City Staffing is hiring maintenance technicians to support automated systems and machinery for a growing company in Becker, MN. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and optimizing system performance to keep production running smoothly. Duties of the maintenance technician:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and automated systems
• Assist with PLC programming, HMI configuration, and equipment upgrades
• Support safety, documentation, and process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize system performance

Requirements of the maintenance technician:

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance or automation (manufacturing )
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Self-starter with solid communication and computer skills
• Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery
• This is a safety-sensitive position under OSHA guidelines
