Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician with print manufacturing maintenance experience to work at our marketing communications management company. We cover print, direct mail, branded merchandise, package design, fulfillment & distribution as well as online services. Our company is growing and we have an awesome team of fun, hard-working people. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with all around experience (plumbing, electrical, etc.) but also someone that has worked with industrial machinery or is extremely mechanically inclined.

• Schedule: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)
• The company is currently located in Monroe, but is moving to Blue Ash soon.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Company building and property, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Maintain warehouse and grounds in neat, clean, orderly condition.
• Perform work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.

Must Haves:

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in building equipment and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
• printing plant experience with Heidelberg presses, Bobst Die Cutters, and Muller Bindery equipment.
• Capabilities including: Sheet-fed Offset Print, Fulfillment / Distribution Logistics, Dynamic Digital & Large Format Print, Packaging Design & Print, Mailing, Marketing Promotions, Bindery & Finishing, Promotional Products, online (e-commerce) solutions, Workflow Automation Solutions
