Night Shift 2/2/3 schedule

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components. Perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on the equipment, tooling, and building that are necessary for the operation of the plant and office facilities. Fabricates, builds, and assembles new machinery. Proceeds on work assignments with minimum supervision. Other duties as assigned by Supervisors.

REPORTS TO:

Maintenance Manager

EXPERIENCE:

• Moderate knowledge or experience with foundry equipment.
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience.

KNOWLEDGE:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have knowledge of 480 3-phase electrical diagnosis and use of a multimeter.
• Must have moderate knowledge or experience with industrial hydraulics.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Must be able to perform in a safe and efficient manner and must comply with all safety policies and regulations.
• Must be detail-oriented and have critical thinking abilities.
• Must be able to work independently or as a team.
• Must have moderate knowledge or experience with mechanical systems, water systems, and rotating equipment.

SKILLS:

• Proficient in comprehending hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in welding and fabrication.
• Proficient with forklifts, boom lifts, front-end loader, and scissor lift use.

The base salary $30.00-$33.00 per hour range represents the anticipated $62,400 - $68,640 per year range for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, actual compensation may vary and will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors. Isolatek International reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on company and personal performance.
