Maintenance Technician 1
- Schedule:
- 34 hours per week to start 6:30AM – 3:30PM with 30 minutes for lunch, Monday through Thursday for training.
- 40 hours per week will be available once the employee is able to get setup on their own 5:45AM – 4:15 PM or 4 x 10-hour days.
- Compensation: $22-28/hr
- Location: Mountain Lakes, NJ
- Experience: 2 years
Job Description:
Maintenance technician oversees facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, and completes repairs on equipment.
Duties include:- General facilities maintenance (filter changes / minor plumbing issues / light replacement / addressing potential safety hazards / minor electrical work / general carpentry / lawn care)
- Equipment preventive maintenance / equipment repair / troubleshooting.
- Maintaining schedules for facilities and equipment.
Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge:
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in handheld power tools, drill press (machine shop experience is a plus)
- Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry – Basic Knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and technical drawings.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Detail Oriented.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
