What You’ll Do

• Keep operations running by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and plant systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems, working from schematics, blueprints, and sketches.

• Safely operate arc and acetylene welding equipment as well as forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material-handling tools.

• Support equipment installations, relocations, and alignments to optimize production.

• Handle hazardous materials responsibly, coordinating packaging, labeling, storage, and off-site disposal.

• Build and repair facility structures including partitions, benches, and shipping crates.

• Contribute to a safety-first culture, recognizing potential hazards and modeling safe work practices.

• Be an active member of a High-Performance Team (HPT), collaborating with peers to solve problems and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC repair, and high-level math.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, plumbing, and electrical codes.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Proven track record of working independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities, with strong time-management skills.
