Full time - Mondays through Fridays - 7am - 4pm

• Check and maintains assigned facility equipment or systems for preventative maintenance and critical operation factors.
• Maintenance and repair of commercial/industrial buildings
• Replacing lighting, ballast, fixtures, lamps
• Repairing, prepping and painting drywall
• Replacing/adjusting closures, locks, hinges and handles on commercial steel door systems
• pressure washing
• repair, installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing services such as closet and flush valves
• Performing preventative maintenance of all types of equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, HVAC and plumbing problems
• Loading and unloading materials up to 40 lbs.
