Temporary Maintenance Technician – Cambridge, CB1\n16.50 per hour | Weekly pay  | Tools provided\n\nWe’re looking for a skilled and dependable Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our student accommodation team in Cambridge. If you take pride in maintaining properties to the highest standard and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!\n\nYour Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out reactive maintenance in occupied rooms with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service\nRepairing & maintaining building fabric, including redecoration and general upkeep\nFixing toilets, sinks, furniture, locks, descaling showers, and replacing lightbulbs\nReporting any property or ground issues swiftly and professionally\nMaintaining clean and tidy communal areas, bin stores, and refuse spaces\nConducting regular PPM checks\nTaking a proactive approach to ensure high standards are met\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nPrevious Maintenance / Caretaker / Handyman experience\nAbility to carry out general repairs and building fabric works to a high standard\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nReliable, hardworking, and adaptable to different tasks\nKnowledge of Health & Safety measures\nComfortable with physically demanding work\nImmediate start available!\n\n(RitzRecEmpBus)
