The Tradewinds of San Jose HOA is offering opportunities for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

What We Offer:

·         Pay of $20.00 per hour / depending on experience

Responsibilities:

·         Complete work orders in a timely manner

·         Perform routine preventative maintenance

·         Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs

·         Perform all other duties as assigned by management

·         Keep all work areas neat and clean

·         Maintain material and supply inventory

·         Have excellent verbal and written skills

·         Be part of an on-call rotation

·         Be able to interact with in a professional manner

Qualifications

·         Experience in maintenance, handyman, or other related fields

·         Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

·         Ability to handle a physical workload

·         Detailed and deadline oriented
