Position: Service Technician for The Reserve at Mayfaire – Wilmington, NC

Role Overview

As a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 264 apartment-homes.

Most Important Responsibilities

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.
• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Go above and beyond the call of duty for to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that might have before they even occur.

Most Important Qualifications

• MUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative.
• 1+ years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a garden-style community with high standard for customer service.
• EPA certification , plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical.
• Technical skills should also include the ability to troubleshoot/repair/maintain HVAC components.
• Must be willing to pull call in the emergency rotation.
• Ability to assess and address problems quickly, good organization skills and strong follow up.
