We are looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that plays an important role in keeping our buildings, equipment, and common areas in great shape. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the General Manager and other team members to ensure everything on the property is safe, clean, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will handle a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks. Every day is different, but your work will help make sure our property looks its best and stays safe for everyone who uses it.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Following simple written or verbal instructions to complete tasks.

• Performing basic repairs in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical.

• Inspecting the property regularly and fixing issues when needed.

• Power washing and cleaning outdoor areas.

• Painting walls and touching up surfaces to keep spaces fresh.

• Helping with pool and fitness center upkeep, including cleaning and sanitation.

• Repairing irrigation or plumbing systems when required.

• Keeping shop, storage, and recycling areas neat and organized.

• Using hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance work safely.

• Supporting safety requirements and learning basic standards such as OSHA.

• Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have some hands-on experience with general maintenance. We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED.

• Can speak and write in English.

• Is authorized to work in the United States.

• Has some experience with property or building maintenance.

• Can pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

This job does require some physical activity. You'll need to be comfortable with:

• Walking and climbing stairs throughout the day.

• Bending, reaching, and stooping while working.

• Carrying or lifting up to 60 pounds.

• Having clear vision and hearing (with correction if needed).
