Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily )
• HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• CPO and swimming pool experience a plus
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
