Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on maintenance person to help keep our property looking great and running smoothly. This role is a mix of indoor and outdoor work, from fixing small plumbing issues to keeping the grounds neat and inviting.

Tasks & Duties:

• Mowing lawns, trimming bushes, leaf blowing, and seasonal clean-ups

• Planting flowers, pulling weeds, and general landscaping upkeep

• Small plumbing fixes (leaky faucets, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)

• Light carpentry or patching walls/paint touch-ups

• Basic electrical (changing bulbs, outlet covers, simple repairs)

• Snow shoveling and salting walkways in winter

• Keeping walkways, patios, and entry areas clean and safe

• Helping with small projects or repairs as needed indoors or outdoors

Requirements:

• Some experience in landscaping, plumbing, or general maintenance

• Able to work outdoors in all seasons

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Bringing your own tools is a plus, but not required
