Maintenance Technician – All Shifts Available
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Pay: $32–$35/hour + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k)

We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team and keep our production lines running at peak performance. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, can work on both mechanical and electrical systems, and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment (hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, conveyors, fillers, labeling equipment, case formers).

• Perform welding (MIG, TIG, stainless steel) and fabrication.

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, control wiring, photo eyes, sensors, and limit switches.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.

• Assist with equipment upgrades, root cause analysis, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or high-speed manufacturing.

• Strong electrical and mechanical skills; ability to use diagnostic tools.

• Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machine shop equipment a plus.

• Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Technical degree or apprenticeship , but equivalent experience considered.
