POSITION: Maintenance Technician - Apartment Community

Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II)
- CPO
- Maintenance experience in multi-family residential required
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
