Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations for Core 3. Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned work orders generated from requests
• Perform minor and routine maintenance
• Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule
• Communicate with tenants regarding their work order status in a professional manner
• May include scheduling work orders with tenants
• Following up regarding resolution of work order with tenants
• Complete paperwork daily on company provided device
• Must be available to be on an after-hours call rotation
• Increased pay when out on an after-hours call
• Appliance or HVAC experience is a plus
• At least two years experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Must have valid driver's license
• Company Vehicle will be provided
• Phone allowance provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
