Maintenance Technician

Role Summary

Were looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role,youll be the go-to person for keeping our facility running smoothly. Youll handle a mix of day-to-day repairs, basic troubleshooting and general upkeep of the building such as equipment, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, HVAC, groundskeeping, painting tasks and grounds. This is a hands-on, independent role, ideal for someone whos self-motivated and takes pride in their work.

What Youll Do

• Perform routine repairs and general maintenance across the facility and other general tasks
  

• Respond to maintenance-related issues (like leaks or spills) and ensure workspaces are safe and clean
  

• Order tools, parts and supplies as needed
  

• Maintain clear records of work completed, materials used and costs involved
  

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  
• Support other team members when needed and adjust to shifting priorities
  
  

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
  

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facility or manufacturing setting
  

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
  

• Familiar with basic hand and power tools
  

• Good attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Experience in a regulated environment (such as manufacturing or healthcare)
  

• Familiarity with using meters (like DVM, Amp, and Ohm)
  

• Ability to operate larger equipment like forklifts or tractors
  

• Certifications in maintenance or technical skills are a plus but notrequired
