Maintenance Technician

- Apply expertise in electrical systems, industrial controls, mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration, boiler systems, and waste treatment in a high-speed CPG environment.
- Utilize and implement continuous improvement practices, including 5S, Lean, and TPM methodologies.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to maximize equipment performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production interruptions.
- Install, modify, and maintain production equipment and systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including LO/TO, OSHA standards, and GMP requirements, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues, driving operational efficiency.
- Utilize CMMS systems (e.g., EMaint) for managing work orders, scheduling maintenance, and tracking inventory.
- Operate and maintain knowledge of hazardous materials, including toxic and corrosive chemicals.
- Possess and apply strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic and repair skills.
- Maintain acute visual and auditory awareness to identify and address potential hazards.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts, as required.

- Technical Proficiency: Competent in basic computer skills, welding (stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals is a plus), and using production-related software.
Experience and Education
- College degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields .
- Journeyman certificate a plus
- Experience conducting PMs on Industrial Equipment
- Experience in the maintenance of converting and web-fed coating equipment a plus
- Forklift experience
