Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Maintenance Technician Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance and repair of all shop floor equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and fabrication work, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize production downtime. This position involves working closely with production teams and requires a proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving and task execution.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and manual machines
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose issues to ensure timely repairs
  • Fabricate and install fixtures, gauges, and tooling based on blueprints or specifications
  • Perform general electrical and motor repair work as needed
  • Operate and maintain shop equipment: lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, drill presses, welders, etc.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition and meet safety standards
  • Support production personnel by ensuring all equipment is fully operational
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and facility improvements


Maintenance Technician Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Welding and machining experience required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Sound judgment when moving, installing, or repairing equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
