About Us:

Complete Pest Management LLC is looking for a Pest Control Technician, preferably someone already certified, to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best treatment plan

• Apply pesticides and other pest management solutions according to industry standards and safety regulations

• Communicate with customers about the treatment process, safety precautions, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions

• Provide preventative solutions and educate customers on pest prevention best practices

• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain equipment in good working condition

• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to pest control

• Attend training sessions and stay current with industry developments and certifications

Requirements:

• State pest control certification/license but will train the right person

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, outdoors, crawlspaces, attics)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
