We’re Hiring Hard Workers – No Fluff, Just Facts
Alright, here’s the real talk. We had a formal job description all written up… and then trashed it.
Because here’s the deal: We’re a company that works hard and takes pride in what we do. We pay well because we expect great work. If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
You have solid experience (see the list below). If not, no hard feelings – this isn’t an entry-level gig.
You actually enjoy working hard and finishing the day knowing you kicked ass. If not, this isn’t for you.
You’re not a job-hopper. We want folks who are looking to grow with us, not bounce in and out.
You take care of your stuff. That means your truck is clean, your tools are organized, and you respect other people’s gear.
You’ve got a valid driver’s license and a clean (or at least reasonable) driving record. We put our people in nice trucks and do things the right way, so you’ve gotta be insurable.
What you get:
Above-average pay
A solid team that looks out for each other
Respect, accountability, and a boss that’s got your back if you’ve got theirs
If this sounds like your kind of work family, send in your application. We will reach out!

Essential Candidate Characteristics:
1. Detail oriented - paperwork is required at completion of each work order. Paper work is the necessary evil to get us all paid. Each role of our company has their piece of that responsibility.
2. Excellent time management - it provides job security for all of us! Lazy people cost money, company losses puts all of our jobs at risk.
3. Team player - We all have our strengths and weaknesses. Our company motto is "We are all a team". We work together everyday, we help each other, we brainstorm, we find solutions. Each person is expected to pull their weight, mistakes happen, but we are all striving to do better and to do better together!
4. Reliable - Excessive absences and lack of communication hurts everyone. We are all part of this company to provide a living for our families. Therefore each person in our company has to align with points 2, 3, and 4. If any of those are an issue for you, save us both the time and look on to the next job opening.
