Responsibilities:

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property.
• Keep common areas clean, vacuum mopped & dusted
• Picking up trash around dumpsters & property
• Landscaping, trimming, pruning, watering
• Assist in preparation of make-ready units
• Operate a blower, floor cleaner, carpet cleaner

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
• General knowledge in various skills, construction, drywall etc
• Valid drivers license
• Pool experience, chemicals and basic care
