Position Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with our property management team and gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare apartments for new (turns & move-outs)
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented (curb appeal)
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
- Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
- Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Appliances
- Carpentry & drywall
- Roofing & flooring
- Check irrigation systems
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
- Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of related experience ( but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Your own set of tools
- Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO ( but not required)
