Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Indianapolis, IN. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform mechanical preventative maintenance and repair on facility systems

• Make building alterations as needed

• Monitor and respond to Building Automation Systems (BAS)

• Service HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and plumbing systems

• Assist other Building Authority departments as needed

• Comply with safety regulations and organizational policies

• Maintain smoke and fire evacuation systems (e.g., dampers, fusible links, activators)

Requirements:

• • EPA Certification

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid Indiana driver’s license

  • Flexible schedule availability

  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions

  • Experience with pneumatic & electronic controls

  • Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms

  • Clean background (must pass MCSO/DOJ clearance)
