Position: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Schedule: 3rd Shift | [Insert Days]
Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Independently perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment (Extruders, Mixers, Dryers, Pumps, Compressors, Pelletizers, etc.)

  • Diagnose and replace faulty electrical or mechanical parts (switches, sensors, starters, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in CEBOS or physical files

  • Use and program PLCs to troubleshoot and monitor systems

  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks

  • Test, inspect, and calibrate equipment for operational readiness

  • Respond to maintenance work orders and complete them in the tracking system

  • Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and safety procedures

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and metalworking equipment as needed

  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Handle emergencies such as equipment failure, fire/burglar alarms, HVAC issues, power outages, snow removal, and more

Compensation:
Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Electronics

  • 2-5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Technical school or trade certification is a plus

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

  • Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 79, and OSHA standards

  • Knowledge of AC/DC drive systems and pneumatics

  • Ability to read safety rules, SOPs, manuals, and SDS sheets
