We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and systems management.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to develop and implement technical solutions for mechanical devices and systems
- Install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade mechanical components and systems throughout the manufacturing process
- Design, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for various machinery and equipment
- Perform quality assurance and control testing procedures to ensure optimal system performance
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Work Environment
- Work is performed under close supervision
- Training and mentorship provided to support professional development

Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or related field
- Technical education or equivalent training in mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills for explaining technical information clearly
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Manual dexterity for working with tools and mechanical components
- Standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility during shifts
