Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience working with industrial equipment, and hands-on mechanical automotive (car) repair experience. Experience diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, hydraulics, or other vehicle mechanical systems is highly .

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair motors, conveyor systems, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical components, wiring, motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, and control panels.
  • Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues before they result in downtime.
  • Complete and document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Fabricate or modify equipment and parts as needed to support production.
  • Procure replacement parts and maintain inventory as required.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations when necessary.
  • Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
  • Mechanical automotive (car) repair experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and conveyor systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, AC/DC motors, sensors, and control circuits.
  • Familiarity with NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Weekend on rotation
