Maintenance Technician

U. L. Coleman Companies, a professional property management company is seeking applicants for a maintenance technician position . At least 2 yrs HVAC experience is required. Excellent career opportunity with established company offering a benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan and insurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will provide on-going preventive maintenance, material, and storage programs to assure proper apartment community operations. They will also cooperate with the Manager and other staff members to promote practices which will result in productive work, quality workmanship, and accident prevention, conservation of material and supplies, and work completion on schedule.

Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent
• At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience in an apartment community.
• Formal training and experience in the following:

• EPA license required
• Journeyman license
• Light Carpentry
• Light Plumbing

$1000 Sign On Bonus- $500 paid after 90 days & $500 paid after 6 months
