Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community | $27–$30/hr

We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at an apartment community in the Twin Cities area. Join a great team and help keep comfortable by maintaining safe, functional homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues in apartment homes
• Support turnover process including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and appliances
• Ensure the property meets all safety and maintenance standards
• Respond to on-call emergencies as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance required
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
• Must be dependable, professional, and a team player

Compensation: $27–$30/hour based on experience

Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro

Schedule: Monday through Friday
