Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform production line changeovers and startups
• Respond quickly to line downtime and provide mechanical support
• Set up equipment to meet quality standards and required production speeds
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and sanitation/washouts
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards (cGMP, FDA, OSHA)
• Support new product and packaging startups
• Identify and suggest improvements to reduce changeover time and improve line performance
• Work closely with Maintenance and Production teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Other duties as assigned

#Manitowoc1

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance or set up experience required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in tight spaces
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to use tools and operate equipment for extended periods
• Good vision (close, distance, and )
