Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week + overtime as needed
On-Call: Required rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
•  Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Handle plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with and management
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Own basic tools
• Ability to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when needed
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
• Apartment maintenance experience required
