The Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of homes by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and handling emergency repairs. Working primarily within a small team, this role requires flexibility with on-call responsibilities and regular travel to multiple locations to maintain all mobile home properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems
• Home repair, including sheetrock work, flooring, and various other repairs
• Conduct emergency repairs as needed
• Respond to on-call requests promptly
• Coordinate tasks assigned by a supervisor

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in maintenance
• Strong teamwork skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Experience with mobile home repair
