Maintenance Tech in Irving

Job DescriptionJob Description\n\n \n * Perform daily walk through of the Irving Consolidated Facility and grounds\n
\n * Maintain HVAC Certifications to be able to coordinate and repair HVAC systems that are the responsibility of the Bank\n
\n * Conduct routine maintenance as required in banking centers and support centers\n
\n * Meet with contractors to discuss the following (air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services, landscaping, painters, etc.)\n
\n * Escort fire department and fire alarm monitoring personnel during inspections\n
\n * Ensure bank elevators are properly maintained and inspected\n
\n * Contact outside vendors for pickup and retention of bank files\n
\n * Update supervisor on all projects and maintenance issues\n
\n * Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality\n
\n * Other duties as assigned\n

\n \n \n Physical Requirements:\n
\n * Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time\n
\n * May be required to climb ladders and/or perform work which requires bending low\n
\n * Frequent standing and walking \n
\n * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds\n
