We are a dynamic multifamily community seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept property and delivering excellent service to our .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for new , ensuring they are clean, safe, and move-in ready.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a multifamily residential setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to providing excellent service to and team members.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $19–$22 per hour
