The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism when interacting with , and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards
• Respond to maintenance requests and occasional on-call needs
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Property maintenance experience
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation (truck ) to travel between properties in Northern Colorado
• Must supply own tools
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors when necessary
