Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Repair drywall, paint, flooring, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Ensure proper operation of boilers, generators, and other mechanical systems
• Maintain swimming pools, spas, and related equipment (if applicable)
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local building codes
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with renovations and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (hospitality experience )
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Basic computer skills for work order systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
