We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team. As a Maintenance Technician, your primary focus will be on promptly and efficiently completing assigned work orders while fostering positive relationships with our valued .

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Handle a variety of daily maintenance tasks, encompassing plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and door knob/lock replacements
• Turning units in preparation of new in a timely manner and within established quality parameters.
• Utilize diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems, whether through repair or replacement of parts, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Participate in rotating on call schedules for evening and weekends ensuring rapid response to emergencies.
• Address all interior and exterior building issues quickly to maintain the integrity of all properties.
• Conduct and document fire extinguishers and exit light inspections.

Qualification:

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting duties and responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail
• Previous Multi-Family experience but not required

Requirements:

• Possession of personal tools
• Valid Driver’s License
• Availability to work “on call” evenings and weekends on a rotating basis
