Hiring for a Maintenance Tech in Fredonia, NY

 M-F 8:30am – 5pm
 pay range $21-$23
 

• Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with to ensure their needs are met.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor.

Requirement

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
