We are looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

• Plumbing
• ⚡ Electrical
• ❄️ A/C and HVAC
• Painting
• Sheetrock/drywall repair
• Apartment and residential unit turns
• General property maintenance and repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous residential maintenance experience required
• Strong experience with unit turns and preparing apartments for new tenants
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must have your own basic tools
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Completing apartment/unit turns
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and electrical issues
• A/C troubleshooting and basic repairs
• Painting and drywall repairs
• Completing maintenance work orders
• Preparing vacant units for move-in
• Responding to emergency maintenance situations
• Maintaining properties in a clean, safe, and move-in-ready condition
