The Maintenance Tech plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Working closely with a small team and reporting to the Operations Manager, this on-site position requires adherence to safety compliance and efficient management of repair-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment downtime
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Document maintenance activities and repair work
• Handle emergency repair requests promptly to minimize impact
• Completes Unit Turns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance roles
• HVAC certification
• Mechanical repair skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with safety procedures
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong time management abilities
