Maintenance / Shredder Tech
Starting $20-$25 per hour based on experience
The Shredder Technician is responsible for performing regular maintenance on the shredder, ensuring it operates efficiently and safely. This role requires excellent teamwork, communication, and adherence to maintenance protocols to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Tasks:
- Regulatory Maintenance- Shoveling, greasing bearings, repairing converyor belts
- Building and Equipment Maintenance- Familiarity with maintaining Electric 480V motor controls and PLC's as well as hydraulic pumps and systems.
- Daily checks and cleanup
- Maintenance Records- Filling out and turning in daily maintenance paperwork
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed maintenance procedures
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols
- high school diploma or GED
- English required
