Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our client in the Lockport/Romeoville/Bolingbrook/Joliet, IL areas. Must have a valid driver’s license, and experience with dock door maintenance.
Pay and hours:
$25 - $28/hr., depending on experience
2 shifts are available:
Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm or Mon – Fri, 2pm – 10:30pm
Job details:
· Maintenance Tech:
· Electrical experience
· Will be outside most of time, working preventative maintenance
· Will need to have own vehicle to travel from building to building in the Romeoville, Woodridge, Bolingbrook, Joliet locations (12 buildings). Will receive mileage reimbursement. Must have valid driver’s license
· Dock plate/ door maintenance repairs
· Preventative maintenance
· Wrap machine troubleshooting and repairs issues
· Minor electrical and plumbing
· HVAC when issues arise
· Put together purchased furniture such as desks, chairs, cabinets, etc
· Food safety audit preparations
· Racking erection/ repairs
· Maintenance Mechanic will perform a variety of activities to maintain plant equipment and facilities in optimum operating conditions
· These activities include scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency/break down repairs, performing mechanical, pneumatic, electric, plumbing, mechanical lines and other repairs and installation as needed
· This position reports to the Facilities Director
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work out in the elements
Qualifications:
· Associates degree is a plus
· Dock Door maintenance
· Must have valid driver’s license
