MonArk ABA Therapy is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our expanding locations.

Hours: Day Shift

Tools and materials would be provided by the company.

Minimum of 2 years experience required.

• Complete general maintenance tasks with a high quality of work as is expected
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to other MonArk clinics when needed (Ottawa, Van Wert, Upper Sandusky, Defiance, Bryan and Lima)
• Getting, inventorying and keeping maintenance tools and items organized
• Completing repair of wall, door, and property damage
• Installing and securing furniture, wall decor, and other items affixed to the walls and building
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs independently
• Moving and setting up furniture and other necessary items within our buildings
• Working collaboratively and communicating with our location managers to complete assigned maintenance tickets/items
• Works collaboratively with coworkers and with supervisor
• Possess well organized ability to complete tasks ongoing
• Proactively communicates with coworkers, location managers, and supervisor
• Completes tasks independently while seeking clarity when necessary
• Ability to get multiple differing tasks done in the same day
• Able to use the G-Suite (Google) platform for email, documents, calendar and other applicable tasks
• Ability to efficiently work around children with Autism in a therapy clinic environment
• Pass a state criminal background check
• Other assigned duties
