- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to handle basic tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system maintenance, and minor repairs
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
- Assist with emergency repairs when necessary
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a clean and safe work environment
